What is actually the difference between a pizza baked on a regular oven and a pizza baked in wood fire brick ovens? I have tried several commercial pizzas and they all taste your regular go-to pizzas during Sundays. Brick oven pizzas have that unique smoky taste and crisp. The radiant heat from the fire and the heat bouncing off the inside walls of the oven crisps the outside of the pizza very quickly. A really good pizza is made in this environment.
