4. THE CAYAN TOWER

Be fascinated by the world’s tallest twisted 75-storey skyscraper built by the famous SOM architectural group, the same group who made the concept design for the Burj Khalifa and Trump Tower in Chicago. The tower used to be called Infinity Tower before it got flooded and was inaugurated by the Cayan Real Estate Investment and Development. Upon our discovery, each floor is designed to be rotated to a 90 degree curved structure that creates a unique and dynamic twisting shape giving the residents a stunning view of the Dubai Marina, and the Arabian Gulf. 5. THE 0-14 TOWER

It is known as the Swiss cheese building along Business Bay. Try walking around Business Bay and ask where the Swiss cheese building is and they will gladly point you toward that direction. This 22-storey office building is made up of exoskeleton of white concrete with 1,300 holes. It is an eye-catching sight that it will literally stop you from your tracks if you happen to be walking in front of it. An aesthetically designed building made specifically for the hot and humid weather of Dubai. It is built to be an eco-friendly structure due to the gap that creates a vacuum which allows the cool air to filter through these holes forcing the heat coming from the inner tower. Very brilliant innovative masterpiece!
